We recommend designs to be 300dpi or more not exceeding 25MB, recommended format PDF.

Before submitting your designs, make sure to zoom in and view them at real size to check for errors and pixelation.

If your design is pixelated or showing errors on the screen, it will also be pixelated and incorrect on the finished material also.

For every order placed we send a mockup for approval on the email address provided by customer, once approved order goes to production.

Please note that we offer 2 x changes free of cost additional changes to mockup are chargeable (BHD5/USD14) per change.

Colors appearing on screen or on paper will not necessarily be the same when printed on cloth.

Every fabric has a different tone and texture, we highly recommend to order a printed sample first.

We offer design services prices depends on case to case basis , please contact our customer service for a quote.

Our production lead time is 24-48 hrs. (weekdays orders placed before 12AM GMT)  for prints between 3 to 5 meters, stitched products have different lead times depending on quantity , to make it easer we have estimated delivery times mentioned on the order page when a particular product is selected.

We offer worldwide shipping; our partners are ARAMEX and DHL.

GCC shipping times are 2-3 working days (Subjected to custom clearance at destination).

Worldwide (Expect Africa/South East Asia) – 4-5 working days.

Shipping rates are inbuilt on our website, for bulk orders shipping rates are given separately.

20 to 30 Meter – 5%

30 to 40 Meter – 10%

40 Meter and above – 15%

We also offer corporate login for clients who are small business and have regular requirements, please contact our team for further information.

We offer refund back to your bank account (bank charges applicable) only if the order is cancelled before going into production, once and order is processed further we don’t offer refund reason being printing is already completed and since this is a customized item, we cannot resell it and
hence amount cannot be refunded.

If order is cancelled after receiving mockup (USD 15 / BHD 5)
shall be deducted from the payment received.
